for "The Hong Kong Telegraph", I enclose a copy of

contrining the text of a message of lovelty which

"The Long Long Telegraph" wishes to be submitted to

the King.

We shold be glad to know whether a suitabl

acknowledgment of this message may be sent on behalf

of His Majesty as suggested in Sir Willirm Peel's

telegram.
